Who processes your data

What we collect

• The name you enter in the sign-up form.
• The email address we send announcements to.
• The language you want those emails in.
• A record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and browser identifier, and the date you confirmed your subscription.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

The only purpose is to email you when a new FORMA event is announced.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We keep the consent record so that we can demonstrate consent was given, as Article 7(1) GDPR requires.

We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making, or third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you withdraw your consent. Once you unsubscribe we stop emailing you immediately.

We keep the record of your consent and your unsubscribe for a further three years, solely to show we were entitled to email you. After that it is deleted.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data and never share it for anyone else to market to you. It is shared only with providers who process it on our behalf, as processors:

• Resend — email delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Neon — the database holding the list.
• Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

Your rights

• Withdraw your consent at any time, using the link in every email or by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
• Access the data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data erased.
• Restrict how we process it.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk), the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz), or the authority where you live. Please write to us at ema.harant@gmail.com first, though — most things we can sort out the same day.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you across the web. The only cookie we set is the admin login cookie, which only we ever see.
